Service Description
This beginner-friendly Journaling Workshop is open to participants ages 10 and up, to help you process daily events, reflect on your emotions, and create space for positivity and growth. Steph’s journaling approach is neurodivergent-friendly, and no prior experience is needed! In this hands-on three-hour session, participants will learn care-taking practices and methods for documenting life through bullet journaling and junk journaling. This workshop is about shifting perspective, seeing beauty and possibility in materials that might otherwise be thrown away, and discovering how assembling small pieces can help us make sense of the bigger picture. Each participant take home: - A unique journal from Notebook Therapy - Fine-line pens and coloured markers for continuing their journaling All materials are provided.
