Service Description

This workshop is by donation! Turn fabric scraps into beautiful and practical home items! In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll choose one of three creative upcycling projects to make: Fabric Bowl – A handy catch-all for keys, snacks, or craft supplies Trivet – Protect your surfaces with a colorful, heat-safe pad Set of 2 Coasters – Create a matching pair for your table Our instructors will guide you through cutting, piecing, and sewing your project using makerspace sewing machines and simple techniques. This is a perfect way to build sewing skills while giving fabric leftovers a new purpose. Experience Level: Beginner, but participants must know how to use a sewing machine. What to Bring: All materials provided!
