Service Description
Come make a nail tray! In this two-evening workshop participants will learn how to break down a piece of wood into project-ready pieces and assemble the foundation for future projects. Participants will receive in-depth explanations and hands-on experience with equipment widely used for woodworking. Learn how to safely use a jointer, planer, mitre saw, table saw, bandsaw, router table, drill press, and measuring and marking tools. Get experience with different wood joinery techniques including rabbets, dados, grooves, and cross lap joints. Beginner Orientation required, no experience necessary. Materials will be included. Participants are required to have shop appropriate clothing (close fitting, no hanging jewelry) and closed toe footwear. Hearing protection and safety glasses are available to lend.
